In this camp, Brent will be sharing his secrets that helped him deliver one of the most efficient freestyle strokes in the world. In the classroom, Brent will be sharing his mental strategies for competition as well as insight to high performance nutrition.

Schedule: 8am - 10am (Pool), 10am - 12am (Classroom)
***Please arrive 30 minutes early for attendance and activation. Please bring your swimsuit, water bottle, and healthy snack or packable lunch for the classroom. Parents are welcome and encouraged to participate in the classroom session.
