Titled "Rising Through Challenge" after our Astra Athletica slogan, I talk about some pretty deep moments in my career such as being beaten and arrested by Greek riot police at my first Olympic Games for "being tall and wearing a dark shirt," to a promise I made to my grandfather days before he passed away. Also talking about how I see competitive swimming today!
